• I want to return the product, what do I need to do?
  • If there are physical damages occurred during the transportation of the products, inform us by not accepting the product.

    In order for you to accomplish product exchange or return, it is necessary for you to return the product within the (7) days period as of the date of delivery without destroying and using them and without disturbing their packages and disrupt their salability.  For this purpose, you must first of all send an e-mail to the info@saltysardine.com address stating your reason or call the customer representation office to receive an approval number.  Products returned without an approval are not going to receive an acceptance by our company.  

    Refunds are only made for the product cost.  All shipping charges belong to the customer.  Our company is only liable for the compensation of the shipping charges in exchanging of the defected products.
